Form/certification
In Quebec, all drivers must meet health and vision requirements and must report any changes that may affect their ability to drive to the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).
In addition to certifying forms for the SAAQ, we are also equipped with cutting-edge devices to evaluate your visual field to detect the first signs of cataract, macular degeneration, glaucoma or other visual anomalies.
